SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE

2303

The Town of Reardan has

passed ordinance 2303. In

summary, this ordinance

amends the Shoreline Master

Program, Ordinance 655. Proposed

amendments to the SMP

were developed to comply with

State law that requires all local

governments to review their

SMPs on an eight-year schedule

set in state law and revise it if

necessary. The review ensures

the SMP keeps up with changes

in State law, changes in other

Town plans and regulations, and

other changed circumstances.
