DAVENPORT — Lincoln County Commissioners will meet with department heads to discuss the 2024 budget Monday, Nov. 6.

The budget talk will be an all-day affair, with appointments scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The meeting will start with an opportunity for public comment from 8-8:15 a.m.

From there, the meeting was scheduled as follows at press time:

• Farren Reinbold, Noxious Weed Control Board: 8:15-8:30 a.m.

• Keith Nelson, Information Services: 8:30-8:45 a.m.

• Ed Dzedzy, Public Health: 8:45-9 a.m.

• Margie Hall, Broadband Office: 9-9:15 a.m.

• Break: 9:15-9:30 a.m....
