REARDAN – The Screaming Eagles boys wrestling team is ranked No. 4 in the state Class B poll.
The Washington Wrestling Report updated its rankings Dec. 11, ranking Tonasket as No. 1, Forks, No. 2, Granger No. 3 and Reardan No. 4.
The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague boys, which includes at least one Harrington wrestler, is ranked No. 15.
Two Reardan wrestlers also got the nod as the top-ranked wrestlers in their weight classes in the state.
Junior Joey Matusik is ranked No. 1 at 106 pounds and senior Conner Kline is ranked No. 1 at 190 pounds.
In other Reardan rankings, junior Carson Kline is ranked No. 3 at 138 pounds and Carson Durbin is ranked No. 2 at 215.
Davenport’s Brody Schillinger, a senior, is ranked No. 3 at 175 pounds. And Gorilla sophomore Brock Gustaveson is ranked No. 6 at 190 pounds.
Wilbur-Creston’s lone ranked wrestler is Matthew Grace at 285; he’s ranked No. 15.
