DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL:

The proposal is to create

nine (9) residential lots ranging

from 1.46 acres to 2.32 acres

in size. The proposal will be

served by private roads, individual

septic systems and a

Group B water system. A public

hearing is required on all regular

subdivisions.

Land Services

DETERMINATION: The lead

agency for this proposal has

determined that it does not have

a probable significant adverse

impact of the environment. An

environmental impact statement

(EIS) is not required under

RCW 43.21C.030 (2) (c). This

decision was made after review

of a completed environmental

checklist and other information

on file with the lead agency.

This information is available to

the public on request. This DNS

is issued under 197-11- 340(2)

and the lead agency will not act

on this proposal for 14 days

from the date below. Comments

must be submitted by 3:30 PM

February 22, 2024.

This Determination of Non-Significance

is issued pursuant to

the applicant’s compliance with

the following:

1. All Federal, State and

County regulations.

2. Best Management Practices

shall be employed in all

phases of operation(s) & construction.
