April 7

Traffic stops: 3

A Davenport woman said she was following a possible driver under the influence on Morgan Street.

A 67-year-old female that suffered a short fall was reported.

A Ford man said someone came and knocked on his door saying his tires were bald and went off the road on the 39700 block of Highway 231.

State Patrol requested assistance visiting a Ritzville-area residence.

A Sprague woman reported a man and woman trespassing on a recently burned property on the 47200 block of Sprague Highway Road.

An Almira man said someone was staying in a camper trailer covered with a tarp on the 100 block of Seventh Street.

A caller said his mother, who has mental health issues, was harassing him over the phone and through email.

A caller said she walked into her child’s house and her daughter told her she had 5 seconds to leave, or she was calling the cops.

A caller reported a speeding SUV on Highway 2 at milepost 249.

A Reardan woman reported a “tweaker” on her lawn.

A Davenport woman said her landlord kicked her out because she hadn’t paid rent.

A disabled vehicle that ran out of oil was reported.

A vehicle with bad lane travel was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 232.

April 8

Traffic stops: 8

A vehicle needing transmission fluid was reported.

Multiple callers reported an intoxicated, half-naked woman screaming and sprinting northbound on Irby Road during the Desert 100.

A courtesy ride was given in Davenport.

A Four Lakes man requested a welfare check on his sister he believed was driving through Lincoln County between Fishtrap and Sprague.

A vehicle all over the roadway was reported in Davenport.

A 72-year-old female unable to get up was reported.

A Creston man said he was scammed out of $3,000.

A woman was trespassed from Lakeview Terrace in Grand Coulee.

A Spokane man said his daughter went to a track meet in Reardan and nobody had seen her since. She was found with her mother.

A Davenport woman called 911 screaming and saying her brother was hitting her mom. A man was eventually placed in custody.

April 9

Traffic stops: 14

A Creston man said he was seeing flashlights around the local gas station.

A possible domestic violence suspect was reported in Reardan.

A cell phone was found at the door of the women’s bathroom in District Court.

A Sprague man said people were living in a house he owned on the 400 block of Fifth Street.

An abandoned semitruck was reported.

A possibly stolen vehicle was reported on the 500 block of Broadway Avenue in Reardan.

A Davenport woman said there was a lot of dog poop at the softball field.

Papers were served to a man in Almira.

A possible driver under the influence was reported on Highway 25.

April 10

Traffic stops: 8

A caller said his vehicle was stolen. It was eventually found on the 42500 block of Highway 25 after a Davenport man reported it parked on the Highway at Teel Hill Road.

A Reardan man said two people on Whispering Pines Drive weren’t taking care of their dogs.

A Davenport man said a man was taking pictures and videos of Public Works drivers on Highway 2 and Redwine Canyon Road because he was mad the drivers were spilling water onto the roadway.

A registered sex offender check was performed in Odessa.

A registered sex offender check was performed in Almira.

A possible driver under the influence was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 228.

A welfare check was requested on a woman walking through downtown Reardan.

An Odessa man someone took a large commercial refrigerator from the gas station he “manages.” The store owner said the original caller was probably the person who took the fleeing fridge, and that caller was trespassed from the station.

April 11

Traffic stops: 11

A caller said someone was trying to get into her trailer through the back door.

A disabled vehicle was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 259.

A train blocking Highway 231 in Reardan was reported.

A jail inmate was transported from Snohomish County to Lincoln County.

A Creston man said 20 cows that didn’t belong to him were grazing on his land.

District Court requested two court remands.

A Davenport man said he was told that a fire marshal needed to clear copper he was trying to sell to verify it wasn’t stolen.

A Wilbur man said two people were threatening employees at US Bank.

Johnson Family Towing said the state asked for a deputy to check out an impounded vehicle.

A caller requested a welfare check on her grandson on the 700 block of Second Avenue in Sprague.

Papers were served to a man in Wilbur.

Trespassing was reported in Reardan.

A Davenport woman said she smelled a strong odor of gas at the softball field.

A Davenport man said two youths on motorbikes were tearing up his field just west of Harker Canyon.

A Reardan man said a neighbor of his in-laws was taking photos of his son without permission.

A two-car crash was reported on the 300 block of First Avenue in Odessa.

A one-vehicle crash was reported near Wilbur.

An Odessa man said a man was going through his camper and threatened him with a gun near Lakeview Ranch Road. Two people were eventually detained and released behind the school.

A caller said he broke open the gate at Stockland Auction in Davenport and cows were running loose across town.

April 12

Traffic stops: 10

A car that ran out of gas was reported on Highway 28 at milepost 128.

An Almira man said he misplaced his firearm, then called back to say he found it.

A Harrington man reported an abandoned trailer next to his property.

A Davenport man said his Ninth Street neighbor was harassing him.

A Davenport man said a trailer had been blocking the alleyway behind his house for a week.

A missing 6-year-old girl was reported in Harrington. She was found with her mother at the park.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor got a pitbull that chased her daughter.

A town code violation was reported in Reardan.

A caller said his car window was busted outside Reardan High School.

A Grand Coulee woman said her husband threw a taco at her.

An Odessa man said two trespassers were chasing and shooting at deer on his Hardung Road property.

April 13

Traffic stops: 5

A caller requested an ambulance because her legs hurt, saying she walked to Reardan from Airway Heights.

A Harrington man said his neighbors’ horses weren’t cared for and were constantly on his property.

A man parked in front of Natural Green Cannabis in Davenport was reported.

A false burglary alarm was reported at the county courthouse.

A Davenport woman said a man was trying to steal her puppies.

A Davenport man requested help getting hulk vehicle slips at his Mill Canyon Road property.

A Reardan man reported a “shady dude” in a truck in a field southeast of his property on the corner of Crescent Road and Whispering Pines Drive.

A Grand Coulee man requested a ride to his Lakeview Terrace residence.

A Davenport man said he was told to immediately inform deputies if he saw a certain youth on the 900 block of 14th Street.

A Creston woman reported an attempted break-in on the 100 block of Railroad Street.

A Davenport woman said someone crashed into a fire hydrant on First and Logan Streets.

A vehicle fire was reported at the McGregor parking lot in Davenport.

A Sprague woman said a tractor trailer drove over her greens and broke her sprinkler system on the 100 block of Old Airport Road.

A truck with flashers on and people walking around it with flashlights were reported on Highway 2 near Telford.

A truck driving all over the road was reported outside Reardan.

Michael Jacob Boyer, Davenport, driving under the influence, reckless endangerment and failure to stop for an officer (dismissed). Sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for one day served, a $1,500 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Tanisha Rochelle Chapple, Spokane, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 16 hours community service and 12 months supervised probation.

Ann St. Clair, as personal representative of the estate of Jane E. St. Clair, deceased, in Davenport sold a portion of Lot 8, Block 1, Gibson and Sawyer Addition to the Town of Davenport to Brandon and Shanon Wilson of Davenport for $50,000.
