DAVENPORT - A Kansas man waived extradition in Lincoln County Superior Court on Tuesday, August 6, consenting to return voluntarily to Kansas to face a felony charge of fentanyl possession.
Shane Eldon Thompson, 26, was arrested on Thursday, August 1, after Lincoln County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a vehicle collision involving a U-Haul truck at SR-2 and MP 217.
The truck had driven into a farm stubble field owned by Mark Sheffels.
