A new place to get lunch and shop
Sage Marketplace re-opened its doors at its new location on Morgan Street Thursday, Feb. 13, with owner Mary Schownfelder and store manager Abbie Williamson eager to welcome shoppers.
DAVENPORT A new store, Sage Marketplace, has opened in Davenport, offering home décor, furniture, clothing, gifts, food and a bakery.
Abbie Williamson, the niece of owner Mary Schownfelder, helps run the market.
"We started the store originally in a different building at the end of 2020," Williamson said. "And then we went to pop-ups for two years, and then we decided we wanted another store and wanted to open before Valentine's Day."
