NOTICE OF STATE’S INTENT TO NEGOTIANTE LEASE
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to re-negotiate a 10 year Special Use Lease, which expires August 31, 2025, on a tract of land with an existing house, sheep barn, corrals, and well containing 5.5 acre, more or less, described as a portion of the SW1/4 SW1/4 SE1/4 in Section 36, Township 27 North , Range 32 East, W.M., in Lincoln County, Washington.
