Man pleads not guilty Tuesday

DAVENPORT — A local man pleaded not guilty Tuesday, April 29, in Lincoln County Superior Court to multiple domestic violence-related charges, including two counts of second-degree assault with intent to strangle.

Christopher Killian, 48, entered the plea during his arraignment and was appointed public defender David Hearrean. Killian also waived his right to a speedy trial.
