Reardan local named rodeo royalty

AIRWAY HEIGHTS – The May 2 Rhinestones and Rodeo fundraising event celebrated a time-honored Cheney tradition 6 p.m. Friday night. The Miss Cheney Rodeo coronation, held in the Spokane Live Room at the Spokane Tribe Casino, provided fans a chance to meet Cheney rodeo personalities and support the rodeo and the Miss Cheney Rodeo program.

Whitney Bjornberg, Miss Cheney Rodeo 2025, was the center of events. The celebration was emceed by Al Parsons, who has been Cheney Rodeo's announcer for 15 years.
