Beautification and quiet zone discussed
ODESSA — The Odessa Town Council convened for its regular meeting on Monday, April 28, at the community center, where councilmembers approved building permits, reviewed ongoing public works projects, and discussed community concerns, including a potential railroad Quiet Zone.
