Soliday, Wynecoop lead track girls

COLFAX — Davenport’s Glenna Soliday and Josie Wynecoop delivered multiple podium finishes Tuesday to lead the Gorillas at the Northeast 2B Girls Track and Field Championships at Colfax High School.

Soliday, a junior, dominated in the hurdles, winning the 100-meter hurdles in 15.63 seconds and claiming another title in the 300-meter hurdles with a season-best 46.99. She also helped Davenport secure second place in the 4x200-meter relay alongside Faith Suttenfield, Paige Van Buren, and Charlotte Soliday, finishing in 1:50.05.
