Potential resolution in sight
ALMIRA - The last defendant linked to a January burglary in Almira that involved the theft of multiple firearms, a safe and a Jeep returned to court Aug. 26, where her case was continued as she and her attorney discussed a possible change of plea.
Thea Rose Wenz, 27, of Moses Lake, has pleaded not guilty to one count each of residential burglary, second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and second-degree possession of stolen property.
The hearing began with Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Bruce Cox addressing Lincoln County Superior Court Judge Adam Walser.
