Buffington case returns to courtroom

WILBUR - A Reardan woman returned to Lincoln County Superior Court ahead of her trial next Wednesday to review pretrial information and address inadmissible evidence.

Justina Buffington, 40, of Reardan faces charges related to breaking into an unoccupied Wilbur home. The court discussed which statements and evidence would be excluded during the trial.

Her attorney, Dave Hearrean, told the court, "I have met with the prosecutor in the case and what the case doesn't want is for some information to come out about getting as it is prejudicial."
