RITZVILLE - Despite the power on the lights going out, twice, the Ritzville Rodeo was able to conclude its Friday night performance. The rodeo concluded on Saturday, Aug. 30.
On Friday night, the rodeo kicked off with Calf roping. Diesel Downey finished with a time of 17.5 seconds, but the winner (not including slack) was Kass Newman at 10.6 seconds.
The Wild Bunch Trick Riders gave a performance between the calf roping and breakaway roping events.
In Breakaway, Madison Baumberger of Moses Lake won the night with a time of 3.6 seconds. Gracie Garthwaite finished with a time of 3.3 seconds, but...
