David Randall Priest, of Davenport, appeared in custody with restraints in Lincoln County Superior Court Oct. 14.
DAVENPORT - A 56-year-old man appeared for arraignment in Lincoln County Superior Court on Tuesday, Oct. 14, charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine, according to court documents.
The defendant, arrested on Oct. 9 following a vehicle collision, entered a not guilty plea.
David Randall Priest, of Davenport, appeared in custody with restraints before Judge Adam Walser, according to court documents. Public defender David Hearrean was appointed to represent him, with prosecutor Bruce Cox presenting the case.
