Judge gives second chance
GRAND COULEE — A Grand Coulee man who used his brother’s identity during a March traffic stop on State Route 2 was sentenced in Lincoln County Superior Court, Tuesday, Nov. 4, after changing his plea.
Joshua Martin, 41, pleaded guilty to second-degree identity theft.
Court records show he identified himself as his brother, Randy Martin, during the stop, where he was cited for driving 74 mph in a 60-mph zone without a license or proof of insurance.
