Reardan wrestling reloads with youth

REARDAN — Reardan’s wrestling program is already turning heads less than a week into official practice, fueled by energy and a roster that is young, hungry and ready to compete.

First-year coach Carson Durbin has 17 wrestlers, including two girls, but only two seniors, yet the team has shown intensity and focus since practice opened Nov. 17.

“The energy’s been really, really ready to go,” Durbin said. “They’ve got that go-getter attitude. I’m really happy with them. We’re going to do them over and over and over until it’s perfect.”
