Notice of Public Hearing for Final Proposed Annual Budget for the Town of Odessa for the year 2026. Notice is hereby given that the Odessa Town Council will meet in the Council Chambers, 21 E First Ave., for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the final proposed 2026 annual budget for the Town of Odessa on December 8th at 7:00 p.m. This facility is handicapped accessible. Arrangements needed for hearing impaired, wanting to comment at the hearing, can be made by contacting the Clerk’s Office by 12:00 p.m., December 5th.
