That the Stahl Hutterian Brethren Trust of Ritzville, WA, on October 15, 2024, filed Water Right Change Application No. CG3-21504C@1, to transfer the place of use as granted under Groundwater Certificate No. G3-21504C.

That Groundwater Certificate No. G3-21504C authorizes the withdrawal of 2000 gallons per minute, 890 acre-feet per year, each year, for the seasonal irrigation of 902 acres.
