Lincoln County broadband project advances
DAVENPORT — Lincoln County Broadband Director Margie Hall provided commissioners on Monday with an update on ongoing fiber-optic projects.
Hall said the county received a reimbursement for the WIZBO One project, which involves splicing fiber from a residential development to the main facility. Construction for that phase is complete.
She added that plans to expand further will wait until the start of the new year, when the county can solicit bids.
