That the Stahl Hutterian Brethren Trust of Ritzville, WA, on September 16, 2025, filed Water Right Change Application No. CG3-01426(B), to transfer the place of use as granted under Groundwater Certificate No. G3-01426(B).
That Groundwater Certificate No. G3-01426(B) authorizes the withdrawal of 250 gallons per minute, 258.16 acre-feet per year, for the seasonal irrigation of 153.33 acres.
