Announcement - Effective January Billing Cycle 2026

To: City of Davenport Utility Customers:

The Davenport City Council recognizes its fiduciary responsibility to the customers it serves, and its duty to maintain the water and sewer systems for present and future customers. To facilitate these obligations, the Council finds it necessary to incorporate a rate increase; residential water will be increased by 3% on all monthly service rates.
