Judge sets final Duclos trial date

DAVENPORT — A man facing multiple felony charges stemming from separate incidents appeared in Lincoln County Superior Court for a readiness hearing, where a judge granted one final continuance while making clear the case will proceed to trial if no resolution is reached.

Kevin Raymond Duclos, 37, of Coulee Dam, faces two separate second-degree assault charges arising from different incidents. One count includes a domestic violence allegation, while the other alleges substantial bodily harm involving a juvenile.
