Council revisits nuisance properties

ODESSA - The owner of an alleged nuisance home on First Avenue said the property has been cleaned up.

During a Monday, Sept. 14, meeting, Brianna Johnson, 20, of Ritzville, addressed the issues at her family's 405 E. First Ave. property.

Johnson said derelict RVs on the property have been removed, noting the interior of the house is none of the town's business.

Town Clerk-Treasurer Jaime Nelson reminded Johnson that during the last council meeting, she was given 60 days to finish the work and talked about bringing in a building inspector.
