With great sadness, the family of William Michael "Mike" Paul (76), of Sprague, Wash., announces his passing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Born in Spokane to William Malcolm "Bill" and Elizabeth "Betty" (Dobbins) Paul of the Reardan-Edwall community, Mike grew up on their family farm southwest of Reardan, helping around the farm and raising and showing cattle. He famously had a live champion steer on display in the lobby of Spokane's Historic Davenport Hotel as a teenager.
