Families and neighbors walk with buckets Sunday in the 13th annual Reardan Walk for Water, a community fundraiser for clean water projects worldwide.
REARDAN - More than 75 walkers and a record 136 registered participants turned out Sunday for the 13th annual Reardan Community Walk for Water, raising more than $2,700 for Water Mission to bring clean drinking water to people in developing countries.
The event, organized by Reardan Presbyterian Church at Reardan City Park, drew families and supporters from Reardan, Edwall, Davenport, Airway Heights and even Idaho.
