Fuel tank stolen from boat

DAVENPORT — The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office has closed its investigation into the theft of a fuel tank from a boat parked at a tire store earlier this month.

Michael Sylvester Young of Troy, Idaho, told deputies he left the boat and trailer at Les Schwab tire store, 310 Morgan St. at the beginning of July, records show. When he returned, the fuel tank was missing.

Deputy Chad Cunningham attempted to follow up with Young multiple times, but closed the investigation July 12 due to a lack of cooperation from the victim, records show....
