DAVENPORT — Road paving and seal coating work is underway on dozens city street.
The $740,000 project will repair aging subgrade and pavement and make adjust utilities.
Central Washington Asphalt is performing the work from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays, officials said, noting temporary road closures may be necessary during construction hours.
The contractor has 30 days to complete the job.
City Administrator David Leath said the streets were selected based on
engineering assessments.
