ORDINANCE IMPOSING A SIX MONTH EMERGENCY MORATORIUM ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF PERMIT APPLICATIONS FOR DATA CENTERS AND/OR BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS (BESS)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners of Lincoln County, Washington, pursuant to RCW 36.34.030, for the purpose of an ordinance imposing a six month emergency moratorium on the acceptance of permit applications for data centers and/or battery energy storage systems (BESS) facilities.
