    DAVENPORT--If one was lucky enough to get a seat in this years annual Elementary Christmas program Wednesday, Dec. 7, they got to see the fifth grade band play, choir sing and kindergarten through fourth grades perform a production of the Nutcracker.     DAVENPORT-- Saturday night was an eventful evening at Pioneer Plaza as Hometown Christmas made a return for the first time in three years. Carols were sung, the tree was lit and hearty food was consumed. But the highlight of the evening was when Santa Claus arrived at the plaza in the town fire truck.
