If you’re like me, you find life often leading you from one thing to the next. Sometimes it takes years, sometimes just months.

You often get to a place in your life think “how could things change, everything is good.”

And then just when you’re settled, the changes are inevitable. It can take you by surprise or you somehow know it was coming.

Sometimes it seems life doesn’t stay the same very long.

With those many changes I have found that I have gained great power to adapt to those changes, keep friendships, learn to be flexible, widen my knowledge of things and gain perspectives I never knew.

I now understand that there are losses and gains, heartache and joy! It is a part of our lives we cannot escape, it makes us strong and wise.

Change has once again come to my life. I am leaving the Lincoln County Record-Times and I wanted to reach out to the businesses and individuals that I got to know so well when I worked at the newspaper these last 10 months.

Thank you for allowing me to get to know you and your business within our community. And thanks for allowing me to help you with your business growth through advertising with the Lincoln County Record-Times!

It was truly an honor and pleasure to serve you! Goodbyes are never easy but a necessary part of life. I will be around and will still see you in our community.

In the end, life’s journey transforms us to be a better person and leads you to the next chapter. No one can prepare you for what life holds. But it’s a ride and journey you don’t want to miss!
