    REARDAN – Some area residents are concerned about a perceived increase in wolf presence in Lincoln County. Three wolf sightings have been reported or discussed in the Lincoln County area recently. On Dec. 1, 2022, Brett and Angela Bishop saw a wolf 40 feet from their house several miles south of Edwall.     HARRINGTON-The city here has a new permanent clerk. Donna Finkbeiner replaced Jere Lee in the position in January and has begun work at City Hall. Finkbeiner said she heard of the job through word of mouth and decided to try out for it. The city clerk position was vacated in mid-December last year after Lee handed in his resignation.
