    ODESSA - A local man "just trying to give back" to his community and neighbors has received an Angel Flight award. Stan Dammel, 80, was recently awarded a trophy for providing 200 flights to people who needed to travel to distant locations for medical procedures and doctors appointments.     REARDAN - A Minnesota boy is serving three days in juvenile detention this week after pleading guilty to burglarizing Reardan Store. Wayne J. White, 12, of Hancock, Minn., was sentenced Sept. 24 after pleading guilty in Lincoln County Superior Court to second-degree burglary, third-degree theft and second-degree malicious mischief.     SPRAGUE — A child abduction case file will be sealed, but it won’t be vacated. During a Tuesday, Sept. 24 hearing in Lincoln County Superior court, the case of James R. Stocker was sealed by the court. Stocker, 25, now of Spokane, was convicted of second-degree kidnapping when he was a juvenile in 2015 in Sprague.
