DAVENPORT—The citizens of Lincoln County should start seeing their ballots arrive in the mail late next week. The Auditor’s Office will mail ballots to 8,321 registered county voters Wednesday, Oct. 18. Once ballots are completed and signed, they can be dropped in one of three locations countywide: inside the Lincoln County Courthouse, outside the Courthouse on Fourth Street and at the Harrington City Library.
