    DAVENPORT — A Mansfield father and son were arrested and remained in Lincoln County Jail after allegedly leading police on a high-speed chase in a stolen 1975 Dodge Power Wagon through city limits and into a wheat field east of the city Wednesday, Nov. 29.     DAVENPORT — Part of the annual budget process at the end of the calendar year in Lincoln County includes the Public Works Department updating the county Six Year Transportation Improvement Program, as required by the state Dept. of Transportation.     HARRINGTON—The local school district will be asking its taxpayers to replace the current levy with a new 2-year levy in a special election Feb. 13. The levy will collect the same amount as the current levy.
