Delbert Cook, 94, passed away Dec. 21, 2020 in Odessa, Wash. Delbert was born March 30, 1926, to Alex and Mary Cook on a farm near Irby, WA. He went to school in Odessa, WA. DAVENPORT – A computer hack that crippled the computer systems of Lincoln County government last month is nearly resolved, with most systems back up and running.
