WILBUR — A fast-moving fire consumed over 70,000 acres in Lincoln County yesterday as high winds made the fire hard for crews to contain. DAVENPORT – The City of Davenport and the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office have reached a tentative agreement on a new four-year contract for law enforcement services. The contract language is set to be reviewed by the city council at their Sept. 23 meeting.
