Due to postal rate increases that make our out-of-pocket costs keep going up for mailing out copies of The Odessa Record, we will have to increase our subscription rates. Members of the Friends of the Pool (FOP), a group of young parents who conduct fundraising efforts on behalf of the Odessa Aquatic Recreation Center, met with town officials at the publicl library recently to discuss needs at the pool prior to the coming swim season.
