    Odessa's Knowledge Bowl Team qualified for statewide competition on Friday, February 28. Eleven B1 schools competed for the top five spots to represent Educational Services District (ESD) 101 area along with 4A, 3A, 2A, and 2B schools.     Due to postal rate increases that make our out-of-pocket costs keep going up for mailing out copies of The Odessa Record, we will have to increase our subscription rates. The new rates will take effect on April 1, 2014. Renewal notices sent out in March for April 1 renewal will reflect the new rates.
