    The Odessa Town Council met Monday night to hear public input from a local citizen. The question posed was whether the residency requirement for council members was currently being met.     A U.S. district court in Montana just imposed a $34 million fine on Canada Drugs, an online pharmacy charged with selling counterfeit medications to unsuspecting Americans.
