    Some seniors and disabled citizens will have an easier time qualifying for property tax relief starting with their 2016 tax bill.     The Washington State Transportation Improvement Board has awarded the town of Odessa the sum of $171,470 for the installation of sidewalks on First Street from Fourth Avenue to Marjorie Street.     There is a misconception about the Lincoln County Fair and its funding. The fair is funded by a few different sources. The first is the Department of Agriculture, which supplies approximately $32,000 (the money that is up for review every two years). Additional funding of $25,000 comes from our own county.
