    Odessa students Wyatt Haase, Lukas Marshall and Colby Sooy came home with bragging rights, as they grabbed the #1 spot at the Zillah Robotics Challenge.     The Washington Wine Industry Foundation will offer three sets of scholarships for students interested in viticulture or enology for the 2013-2014 academic year. All scholarship applications must be postmarked by June 1, 2013, and are available to high school seniors or graduates and college students currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a college or university viticulture and/or enology program.     Spring has arrived. As temperatures rise across the region, the Washington State Department of Transportation reminds drivers to remove their studded tires by midnight, March 31. Studded tires are legal in Washington from November 1 to March 31, unless WSDOT grants an extension. Multiple forecasts indicate temperatures will be well above 50 degrees in many parts of the state, and WSDOT is not planning on extending the deadline.
