Monday, Sept. 2: Davenport ambulance personnel responded to the 200 block of Washington Street to assist a man suffering severe stomach pain.

Bow hunters were observed parked under a "no hunting" sign on property adjacent to Nemo Road off SR 28.

A caller reported someone in a Honda Civic drove on Coal Coulee Road and picked up metal pieces from the railroad property.

A Davenport woman said someone had just opened her car door, shut it and took off running in the vicinity of Marshall and Second streets.

The cleaning lady accidentally tripped a burglar alarm in the Odessa branch of Bank of America.

Tuesday, Sept. 3: No one was hurt as a result of a collision involving a Creston school bus and a truck pulling a horse trailer at the intersection of SR 2 and Miles Creston Road.

Deputies investigated a possible child abuse incident at an undisclosed location.

About $2,000 worth of tools were taken from a wagon parked near Gilliland Road in the Harrington area. Missing items included a diesel pump, battery operated grease gun and a tool box loaded with tools.

Davenport ambulance personnel responded to the 700 block of Maxwell Street to assist a 23-year-old woman bleeding through a feeding tube.

A verbal altercation occurred outside the courtroom between two women who were parties in a matter being heard in the Superior Court.

Two vehicles collided on SR 2 near Bennett Road, blocking traffic for a time. According to reports, one of the drivers made statements that she was attempting to kill herself.

A deputy's response was requested by personnel at Davenport Family Foods after a customer had "said odd things."

An employee at The Viking in Sprague described a suspicious call he had received at work that included advice to "watch himself and his family."

A woman spent the night in the sheriff's office lobby after deputies responded to an alleged fight between her and another man at the Davenport Subway restaurant.

A Reardan girl was suspended from school for 10 days after she was found in possession of tobacco.

Wednesday, Sept. 4: Deputies investigated an allegation that a judge's signature on a court paper had been forged.

After a skateboard was reported stolen from a residence on North 3rd in Almira, it was recovered.

A man expressed concern about possible identity theft after receiving a collection notice from a satellite TV company he had never been involved with.

A deputy advised a woman not to use foul language around young people gathered in the Davenport skate park.

At least one occupant of a vehicle involved in a rollover collision on SR 2 about five miles east of SR 21 was transported by ambulance to a hospital.

Wilbur ambulance personnel assisted a sixth grade student in need of oxygen while at school.

Thursday, Sept. 5: Deputies worked Davenport city code violations reported in the 1000 block of Adams Street and the 1000 block of Thirteenth.

Wilbur ambulance personnel assisted a 16-year-old boy who lost consciousness and experienced shallow breathing after apparently consuming four pills from a bottle with Chinese writing. The boy complained of being tired, feeling heavy and sweating all over his body, including his hands.

Odessa Police and a deputy responded to a possible assault involving a woman and a man at a local bar.

Odessa Police responded to an animal problem at the school.

Friday, Sept. 6: Railroad crossing arms were reported down and flashing at Sunset Highway and Level Road.

A building housing an antique store in the 200 block of West 1st in Sprague collapsed, leaving glass all over the roadway.

A battery, four chains and four binders (belonging to AgLink, Inc., in Reardan) were reported taken from a farm truck parked at the Egypt elevator.

A Lakeview Terrace resident requested deputy assistance with her 11-year-old daughter she described as "out-of-control."

Ambulance and MedStar personnel assisted a 14-year-old girl after she fell, lost consciousness and began vomiting while inside the Wilbur High School gym.

Odessa ambulance personnel transported a man feeling "very woozy and very weak" from the 500 block of South Birch Street to Odessa Memorial Hospital.

Saturday, Sept. 7: A deputy responded property along Mielke Road south of Davenport after receiving a report of a possible altercation involving two men.

After it was reported stolen, a car was returned to a Wilbur resident.

Noting she was too weak to get up, Davenport ambulance personnel transported an 84-year-old woman from the 500 block of Maxwell Street to Lincoln Hospital.

Dispatchers learned that a man dressed in black and walking down the middle of Mielke Road almost was struck by a vehicle.

A Davenport caller complained of noise coming from a loud party at a Northridge Road residence. An unrelated but similar complaint involving loud music was phoned in from the 100 block of East Railroad in Reardan.

A Reardan man told dispatchers that his vehicle had been backed into while parked near the local post office.

Sunday, Sept. 8: Sprague firefighters determined that a vehicle reported ablaze on I-90 actually had overheated.

Harrington ambulance personnel responded to the 300 block of South First Street where a man may have suffered a stroke.

A dispute between a man and woman in the 900 block of Adams Street in Davenport turned into an assault, with the man placed into custody.

A woman reported that a well on vacation property along Sharptail Lane in the Davenport area had been damaged, possibly as a result of construction.

An Almira woman reported her 27-year-old daughter was depressed and displayed irrational behavior while possibly "coming off the influence of an unknown substance."

Deputies looked for a man dressed in white, wearing a white baseball cap, who was reportedly seen walking through residential yards in Creston and shining a flashlight into vehicles.

Sept. 4: Charles W. Walrath, 28, Nine Mile Falls, arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) for first-degree malicious mischief, residential burglary (two counts), second-degree theft (two counts) and bail-jumping.

Marcus A. Nolan, 22, Chaney, arrested by LCSO for failing to appear for possession of narcotics.

Quinn N. Whitten, 32, Spokane, arrested by LCSO for residential burglary and theft of a firearm.

Sept. 5: Grover D. Fye, 30, Sumner, Wash., arrested on an out-of-county warrant.

Criminal Sentencing

Tracy Lamont Walston, 52, Reardan, pleaded guilty Aug. 27 to unlawful use of a building for drug purposes (amended through plea negotiations from distributing controlled substances to a minor) in connection with an April 12 incident. His sentence included five days jail (credited as served), $800 court costs and the forfeiture of all drugs and paraphernalia. He also was prohibited from having any firearms.

Civil Judgment

David Arnold Reinbold, of Davenport, must pay $399.08 in worker's compensation taxes owed to the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.

New Criminal Case

Kiernan Reese Chrisman, 19, Creston, is charged with first-degree rape of a child in connection with incidents alleged to have occurred between October and November 2011 involving a girl who was four years of age at the time.
