    SPOKANE—A young Davenport man was killed after colliding with a semitruck while bicycling on State Highway 206 Thursday, July 20. 19-year-old Kenneth S. Brandenburg was pronounced deceased at the scene after crashing into a white 2019 Peterbilt truck driven by Jonathan M.     DAVENPORT — The Lincoln County Alcohol/Drug Center will soon be no more.     DAVENPORT — The city finance committee reviewed the second quarter finances ahead of city council’s regular meeting Wednesday, July 12. 57% of the projected revenue came in, while the city spent 64% of its budget for second quarter expenditures. However, the city spent only $305,581 of the budgeted $1,605,767 out of the current expense budget. In total, the city spent $2,748,625 of its budgeted $4,300,798 for the quarter.
