    HARRINGTON — A local music teacher was cleared of domestic violence charges during a court appearance Thursday, Oct. 26. Seth Michael Bergman, 33, has been cleared of two charges -- fourth-degree assault-domestic violence and malicious mischief-domestic violence.     SPRAGUE — Voters within city limits will be seeing an EMS levy for approval or denial on their ballots in this year’s general election. City clerk/treasurer Heather Krauter said the regular six-year levy is identical to that which was passed six years ago but is expiring at the end of 2023.
