    SPRAGUE — A Tyler man is being held in the Lincoln County Jail on $15,000 bail in connection to a burglary at a Sprague address. Bruce Paul Havens, 48, who resides on the 25400 block of South Columbia Basin Highway south of Tyler, is charged with second-degree burglary following his Dec. 10 arrest.     LINCOLN COUNTY—The total population of the United States grew by 22.7 million, or 7.4%, between 2010 and 2020, according to census data. However, that growth rate didn’t hold in Lincoln County. Census comparisons between 2010 and 2020 indicate the county had a slim amount of growth from 10,570 to 10,876.
