    HARRINGTON – The local Chamber of Commerce will receive $6,200 in grant funds from the Innovia Foundation of Spokane to help complete the town square beautification project, officials said. Funds will help pay to finish renovation of a historic building as a community center for the town’s 428 residents, Innovia said.
