A two-year replacement levy seeking funds from taxpayers in the Harrington School District had passed by a wide margin as of press time. A special election was held Tuesday, Feb. 8 for voters to decide on the levy, which had received 131 “yes” votes and 57 “no” votes with just 14 ballots left to count by press time.
