Library program HARRINGTON – About a dozen students aged 5 to 12 attended the Harrington Public Library's after-school program on Dec. 16. Instructor Kris Moritz expressed appreciation of parents and other volunteers who caused the project session for making Christmas decorations to function smoothly. LINCOLN COUNTY—The total population of the United States grew by 22.7 million, or 7.4%, between 2010 and 2020, according to census data. However, that growth rate didn’t hold in Lincoln County. Census comparisons between 2010 and 2020 indicate the county had a slim amount of growth from 10,570 to 10,876.
