    HARRINGTON – The local burn pile was a concern discussed during the city council meeting on May 11. “The burn pile after we re-opened it about a month ago has turned into a dump,” Mayor Jess Silhan said.     HARRINGTON—A footrace was required for Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputy Jon Evans to detain a suspect breaking into Johnson Family Towing last weekened.
